Important information about JADE Learning’s Privacy Policy

• This privacy policy relates to the use of the Continuing Competence Portfolio (CCP), available at: http://expert.jade1.com, and describes the use of personal information collected from subscribers.
• Personal information is information that you provide at any point during the registration for or use of the CCP, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and any information entered into the electronic worksheets or forms in the CCP.
• JADE Learning does not share personal subscriber information with third parties. This means that your personal information will not be released, under any circumstances, to anyone other than you.
• JADE Learning may perform statistical analyses of grouped information for the purpose of improving the services offered through the CCP. Grouped information is collected without being linked to a single individual; for example, the number of learning goals identified per subscriber may be examined to determine if additional options are needed.
• You will receive an initial email validation upon creation of your subscriber account. No other information will be sent to your email address, unless specifically requested by you. JADE Learning does not send junk or unsolicited emails to subscriber accounts, and does not release subscriber emails to any third party.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The privacy policy may be updated at any time. Changes to the privacy policy will be communicated to subscribers through a notice on the website.
